An evening designed to help you quiet the noise, reconnect with yourself, and tune into what feels aligned for the season ahead.
Frequency & Flow blends the restorative vibrations of sound healing with intuitive art and guided reflection. You'll begin with a sound journey designed to settle the body and create space within, then transition into creative exploration—allowing color, movement, and intuition to express what words sometimes cannot.
There is no artistic experience required. This isn't about creating a perfect painting. It's about giving yourself permission to listen, feel, explore, and create.
