Bloom: A Women’s Connection Circle
Bloom is a supportive and affirming space for women to gather in community, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with themselves through compassion, authenticity, and connection. Together, we will explore topics such as body kindness, confidence, self-expression, boundaries, self-esteem, and the relationship we have with ourselves and others.
Rooted in the values of Live Body Brave, Bloom is designed to foster genuine connection rather than perfection. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are — whether you are healing, growing, rediscovering yourself, or simply looking for meaningful community with other women.
Sessions incorporate evidence-based wellness practices, guided discussion, reflection, and supportive community connection in a warm and welcoming environment. No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to show up for yourself and others.
Bloom alternates monthly between virtual gatherings and in-person meetings at Live Body Brave, allowing participants the flexibility to connect in the way that feels most supportive and accessible to them.
Space is limited to 10 participants to ensure time and space for all.
