French Macaron Workshop with Gabi Briga

In this hands-on class, Chef Gabi, owner of Strega Nonna’s Bakery, will lead you through every step of making macarons, from preparing the batter and piping the shells to assembling the finished almond- and meringue-based confections. We will also make two flavorful buttercream fillings and two rich ganache fillings.
