Freestyle Dance Party and Dance/Fitness Workshop

Warm up for the Boogie with a fun one hour dance/fitness class led by Linda Mandracchio from the World GROOVE Movement. Then boogie down to the sounds spun up by DJs Mink and Synchrony Sid, while Stewart Hoyt spices up the atmosphere with his projected digital creations.
Feel the delicious freedom of movement and let yourself loose in a safe, sober and welcoming environment. All ages and abilities are welcome, with or without shoes!
