«V Immigratsii» Marina Raydun

Join us for an evening with author Marina Raydun as she introduces her new novel, V Immigratsii. This work of historical fiction follows the extraordinary journey of a Soviet Jewish family fleeing the USSR in the late 1980s – a time when leaving meant surrendering everything.

Told through multiple points of view, the story moves between tense days in Austria and Italy, where the family petitions for refuge, and the confined days of a present-day COVID lockdown. As past and present converge, Marina explores the cost of survival, the weight of memory, and the enduring ties of love and belonging.

The evening will feature a reading by the author followed by a book signing. This is an informal, community-focused gathering where you can enjoy a glass of your favorite drink while discussing the themes of the book.
