Freestyle Dance Alchemy is a joyful embodiment practice for women.
COME OUT AND JOIN US. IT'S A VIBE!
We've been meeting all year to dance, play, connect, feel, breathe and sweat at these in-person group classes focused on the feeling and healing potential of dance rather than how we look or perform dance for others.
For OUR LAST GATHERING OF 2024, we will be celebrating the end of the year with a long free dance, reflection and intention setting for this period of transition into a new year.

Who are we and what do we do?
🪻 We are women seeking a joyful group embodiment practice
🪻 We are all shapes, sizes, levels of ability and dance backgrounds (including no dance background)

🪻 We receive gentle and empowering guidance in our exploration of movement, somatics, breathwork and energy awareness

🪻 We expand the range and capacity of our dance
