Join us for a festive summer evening as we celebrate the 250th birthday of the U.S. with music, games, food, creativity, and community!
🎺 Before the celebration begins, don't miss a special outdoor mini concert by Five Star Brass, the brass ensemble of the United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE), at 5:00 PM in front of the library. Enjoy patriotic American classics, popular favorites, and outstanding live brass music performed by world-class military musicians.
🎤 What to expect:
🇺🇸 Welcome remarks by Melissa Quartell, Cultural Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Budapest
🏆 Awards Ceremony concluding our "My Liberty" Creative Student Showcase & Arts Competition
🧠 Independence Day Kahoot Quiz -- Test your knowledge of American history, culture, and traditions -- and win prizes!
🌭 Potluck Party -- Bring a snack, dessert, or favorite dish to share if you'd like! Hot dogs and soft drinks are on us.
✨ Great company, festive atmosphere, and plenty of red, white, and blue spirit!
