An inspiring journey to dance, feel, connect, and transform — an immersion in care, tenderness, and the art of living through touch.
About this Event

Set in the mystical landscape of Glastonbury, this Biodanza retreat is a space to reconnect with yourself through the poetry of the body — through movement, music, and human connection.

We all carry feelings that long to be expressed, yet often find it difficult to do so — grief, anger, fear, sadness, longing — emotions often held deeply within us as trauma. This workshop offers an opportunity to release suppressed emotions and transform them in a supportive and caring environment.

Together, we will journey into the Labyrinth in magical Avalon — rediscovering the thread that leads us back to trust, freedom, and love.

We will immerse ourselves in the sacred land and share special moments in the private space of the White Well with voice, sound healing, reflection, and beautiful vivencias among wonderful people.

Myths are reflections of our human stories.

The story of the Minotaur who lived at the centre of the Labyrinth is about the thread that leads us home. Love is the force that guides us along the path of self-discovery.

This is our own story — a return to love.

Through individual dances and the support of the group container, we will embody new ways of living, relating, and loving, reconnecting our hearts with Ariadne’s thread of life — learning to live and love more fully.

About the Project

The Labyrinth is a symbolic representation of the unconscious — the parts of the psyche shaped by suppressed emotions, childhood wounds, and ignored traumas.

💛The labyrinth is a living structure — life itself — and often we are already inside it without knowing it.

💛The Centre — The Minotaur

At the heart of the Labyrinth sits the Minotaur, representing the primal Shadow — grief, hunger, fear, or the parts of ourselves we try to avoid.

💛The Challenge — Sfida

The methodology of the project invites participants to recognise their 'cultural fears' — including the Fear of Living, Fear of Loving, Fear of Expressing, and Fear of the Primordial.

Through an individual sfida — a prescribed dance — participants are invited to harmonise these fragmented parts of themselves.

💛Ariadne’s Thread

Ariadne’s Thread symbolises the journey back to the self — the vital thread of destiny and love that prevents us from becoming lost inside the labyrinth.

💛Transformation

The journey through the Labyrinth represents transformation and the death of the old ego. Parts of the self that no longer serve life begin to dissolve so that a more integrated human being can emerge.

💛Successful completion of the journey leads toward deeper integration, vitality, and elevation of the spirit.

As Rolando Toro expressed:

“Love is the essential force that integrates and gives meaning to life.”

Inspired by the profound Minotaur Project, we enter the inner labyrinth together.

Come and experience it for yourself.

Be held in a circle of beautiful people, guided by music, movement, and connection beyond words.
