Let’s honor VA 250 and our beautiful balloons over Rockbridge event this summer with a sweet painting! ❤️😊 Sign up for an instructional paint party to create “Freedom Flights over Rockbridge !” ☺️ We will be painting this scene of celebration step-by-step!!✨✨Enjoy a delicious meal at Frank’s while you paint😃 This is a great opportunity to create your own art to decorate your home or office or to give as a gift!
