Get ready for a fun-filled patriotic celebration as our annual parade marches into its BRAND NEW location in Hiawatha, IA! The parade route will begin on E Boyson Rd and end on Emmons St near Hiawatha Park.
This festive community tradition will celebrate America’s 250th birthday with dazzling floats, music, entertainment, and plenty of red, white, and blue spirit! ❤️🤍💙
🏆 Awards will be given for:
• Judges Choice
• Best Birthday Spirit
• Most Patriotic Party
Winners will be announced immediately following the parade at Guthridge Park!
📅 Registration closes June 12th, so sign up today if you want to join the celebration with a float of your own. This is one birthday bash you won’t want to miss!
Lucky Penny will be opening early at 8:00 AM to serve breakfast before the parade. Grab a delicious meal, find a great viewing spot, and get ready for a morning of community fun and celebration!
