Families will be encouraged to participate in outdoor practices as they explore the land at Prairiewoods!Our Family Nature Therapy program invites parents and kids to unplug from daily stressors and mindfully reconnect with nature. Inspired by research showing time in nature reduces stress and improves mood, this walk nurtures connection with nature and each other.
