Join Cat for a 3 week adventure of self trigger point release/self myofascial release aimed at the hips and hamstrings. Cat will expertly guide you to find, and release, the stuck places in the tissues surrounding the hips and pelvis. These stuck parts, or trigger points, can cause problems such a pain, deep aching, weakness, loss of mobility, and instability.
Classes include anatomy talks, clear and precise guidance on how to find your tension aka trigger points, breathing practices that support release, and simple movement and yoga-based stretching once the tissues have opened. Foam rolling + yoga = happiness. (therapy balls provided and available for purchase at class)
