Julie-Anne Richards is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, psycho-educational consultant, and an upbeat, seasoned and dynamic motivational speaker.

With advanced clinical training in the use of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, Julie-Anne enjoys sharing her knowledge to assist parents and educators effectively support children experiencing anxiety.

We welcome all parents, caregivers and educators supporting children and youth. Please Note the Presentation is designed for an *Adult Audience* and we ask that children/youth not be in attendance to provide privacy to any parent/caregiver who may wish to ask a specific question.
