Kaia FIT Sierra is hosting a FREE Yoga workout at our West Reno studio on Christmas weekend!
Bring friends and family! Men, women, and children are all welcome! You can bring a yoga mat if you prefer, but extras are available at the studio.
Join us at 8 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 28, at our West Reno studio (6160 Mae Anne Ave. #1)! Heading north on Robb Drive from I-80, turn left onto Stone Valley before the Mae Anne intersection. You'll see Kaia FIT Sierra on the right side next to the first parking lot entrance.

Anyone can sign up in the free "Kaia FIT Corp" app from your app store under the West Reno location as well.
RSVPs are required through our Mindbody system so that any non-members can sign our waiver in advance.
