From Kayla: My background is in Exercise Science and I completed my 200HR yoga certification through the ShambhavAnanda Yoga school in Nederland, CO. My classes blend hatha style yoga with dynamic mobility, breathwork and restorative techniques to help relax and balance the mind and body and leave class feeling refreshed !I aim to make yoga accessible for everyone and encourage attendees to modify and bring props to create an experience that is right for them. No matter what your previous practice or experience, everyone is welcome!
