DESCRIPTION:
3:30 pm All-levels Slow Yoga Flow
Jessica Hope will lead an all-levels yoga flow! Expect a strong focus on breathwork and alignment in this slow flow.
4:30 pm Intuitive Sound Bath
Adagio Sound Healing Therapy (Bernard and David) guides an intuitive sound session. Sound is beneficial in resetting the energies of the body, mind, and soul, but combining both allows for a full, well-rounded reset.
