Hi everyone! I am a certified yoga instructor and have been looking for out door yoga that is free for the community but failed to find anything, so I decided to start one :D
The idea is we meet every Sunday morning at 9am for an hour of gentle asana poses and pranayama breathing. Beginner friendly even for folks with mobility and joint issues. All is welcome!
Please bring a yoga mat and an open heart! Please park on Bradley Ln, and we will meet at Jester Farm Park to find a flat and dry spot. Approximate location: G8QM+29H Round Rock, Texas
