Through mindful movement, breath work, and accessible yoga poses, you’ll discover how to align your body efficiently, move with ease, and help reduce the risk of falls.

This workshop is available in-studio only, spaces are limited to 10 attendees.
The fee for this 4 week series (one hour each week) is $70, Studio Members receive a 20% discount.
