Esteamed Coffee & Shine Yoga are joining forces to provide a fun filled evening for you! Join us for our Chair Yoga Night --a fun, social event open to adults with disabilities on Thursday, February 27 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (accommodations can be made for those in wheelchairs). We will also do a light mindfulness craft. Admission tickets are free compliments of the Louise R. Lester Foundation, and include one hot/cold specialty drink of your choice! Pastries available for purchase as well.
