About the Instructor: Sonya Genel Dresser (E-RYT 500) is a yoga instructor with 20 years of teaching experience. She is also a mother, an artist, and a doula. Yoga has deeply supported her life for decades, and she is honored to share her knowledge when guiding others. Helping people improve their health and well-being is her passion.
