Free Yoga Class — Taught by Graduating YTT Students and Jessyca Eve from With Grace and Joy

This is yoga at its most alive — fresh, passionate, and overflowing with the energy of new teachers stepping into their calling for the very first time. Our graduating 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training students will lead a free community class as part of their final practicum — and you are invited to be part of the circle that receives them. Come support the next generation of teachers, experience the joy of a practice taught straight from the heart, and celebrate what happens when someone says yes to their calling. Free and open to all — your presence is the gift.
Recommended Materials:
Participants can bring a mat, 1-2 blocks, a strap, a blanket, and a small hand towel. Wear comfy clothes, bring water to stay hydrated, and maybe even a friend!
