Join us for 60 minutes of yoga asana and relaxation that will gently stretch and strengthen your body, calm your mind and nourish your soul.All CDU students are welcome to attend regardless of experience as the class is open level.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have your own, otherwise we have some spare mats available.
