Welcome to Free Yoga Bed Stuy! Join us for an inclusive yoga session suitable for all levels. Explore yoga philosophy and history while stretching, breathing, and relaxing. We'll meet on Sunday at 11:00 AM. If the weather is nice and the park is open, we will meet at HVK park. If not, there is a secondary location. I will send location to sign-ups.
