This is a beautiful opportunity to celebrate our beach community while doing something good for your body and mind. Breathe in the ocean air, move your body, and connect with friends, new and old. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time or you’ve been practicing for years, this class is truly for everyone.
