Boogie is the experience of “getting down” - movement and rhythm connected to body and earth
Together, they represent the intertwined dance of the sacred and the mundane, the eternal and the temporal, the subtle and the embodied - heaven and earth meeting in you.
In this Bhakti Boogie Embodiment Ceremony, you will experience:
A somatic yoga flow designed to deepen awareness and awaken the healer within
Breath-activated movement to help regulate the nervous system and teach subtle energy awareness
Guided prompts + choice-based dance (all levels; no choreography to memorize)
Sound + silence as medicine - time to release, listen, and integrate
Coaching to land the experience in your body and your week

Jocelyn Gordon is a Movement Therapist, Somatic Fertility Coach, and creator of HoopYogini™ and Bhakti Boogie® Yoga, blending yoga, dance, and mindfulness into nervous-system-aware embodiment experiences.
