FREE YOGA at the LAKE!!

Join Sol 19 Yoga at McIntosh Lake from 9am to 10am for a free All-Levels flow class on the northeast shores of Longmont's most scenic lake! With beautiful views of Longs Peak and the front range Flanders Park (near the volleyball and basketball courts) is a beautiful setting for our hour-long practice. Bring a mat towel plenty of water and sunscreen. And if you're feeling especially energetic bring your stand-up paddleboard for a casual post-yoga float with your Sol Friends.
