FREE Yoga at South Carolina Statehouse for Summer Solstice

Join Good Company Yoga to celebrate the Summer Solstice with a grounding outdoor yoga class on the historic South Carolina Statehouse grounds, honoring the longest day of the year. This free class invites participants of all levels to move through a vinyasa flow, connect with breath, and reflect on seasonal renewal while surrounded by our capital's community during the heigh of summer together.

Bring your own yoga mat & water. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to 8am to ensure you are ready on your yoga mat for a prompt 8am class start time. We invite you to walk to the Soda City Farmers Market, Main Street District, or the Vista after class for a well-rounded day in Columbia. In the event of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any class changes via the email used for registration.
