FREE Yin Yoga – Deep Stretch, Stress Relief (North Park)

Join us for a deeply calming Yin Yoga practice designed to increase flexibility, reduce stress, and support nervous system regulation. This gentle, meditative class uses long-held seated and reclined Yin poses, fully supported by props, to stretch the deeper layers of fascia, release tension, improve mobility, and quiet the mind.

Each posture is held for several minutes, giving your body time to soften, your breath time to deepen, and your mind space to settle. Yin Yoga is ideal for anyone seeking:
