Join Us for our 2nd Annual World Tai Chi Day gathering! Celebrate World Tai Chi Day with us at Young Wellness as we join people across the globe in a synchronized moment of movement, mindfulness, and balance! On Saturday, April 25th at 10 AM, individuals in every time zone will be practicing Tai Chi, creating a worldwide wave of peace, wellness, and unity.
This free class is open to all levels—whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or brand new to Tai Chi, this is the perfect opportunity to experience the benefits of this gentle yet powerful practice. Tai Chi promotes relaxation, improved balance, reduced stress, and overall well-being, making it an ideal way to refresh your body and mind.

Please book online in advance so we know to expect you. This event will be held outdoors at West Cambridge Park. Parking at the front of the park is limited, please note there is another lot at the back of the park on Hunter Street in the Mill Village.
