This free workshop is for anyone who feels curious about trauma healing and would like to better understand how early experiences and childhood trauma shape our inner patterns, symptoms, and the way we relate to ourselves and others.
Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy (IoPT) is a form of constellation work that supports you in exploring your inner dynamics and psychological parts. It offers a gentle and profound way to meet the deeper roots of emotional, physical, or relational challenges, and to work with suppressed feelings and trauma experiences. The session is held from a holistic perspective, where our body, psyche and nervous system are included and supported.

You will experience:
🌿An introduction to IoPT and the intention method
🌿Guided resonance exercises to sense inner dynamics
🌿A self-encounter with the possibility to participate as a resonator or work with a personal intention
🌿Somatic practices for self-regulation, grounding, and inner connection
🌿A safe and supportive space for questions, reflection, and integration

No prior experience is needed.
