Join us at Edge Fitness in Kernersville on Saturday, January 18th, at 10:00 a.m. This 90-minute class is for women ages 14 and up.

At Edge Fitness, we empower our community to live healthy and secure lives. In our culture, it's incredibly important for women to understand they have the ability and power to defend themselves from attackers. This is something that is near and dear to our heart and purpose at Edge and one of the ways we do that is by offering FREE Self-Defense classes on a yearly basis. We want to empower you to feel strong a confident in your ability to defend yourself against a bigger and stronger attacker.
Taught by Josh Tufte, a 7th-degree Black Belt with nearly 30 years of experience in self-defense and other combat arts. Josh has taught hundreds of seminars and thousands of students both male and female in self-defense.
We will cover basic striking, target areas, verbal defense, and simple yet effective tactics proven to give you an edge in dangerous situations. There will also be a question-and-answer period during which you can ask questions about any situation.
