To recognise International Women's Day and this year’s theme “Give to Gain”,
Atomic Black Belt Academy would like to give something back to the women of Coventry.
On Saturday 21st March at 12:30pm, we will be hosting a FREE Women’s Self Defence Workshop at our academy.
This session is designed to give local women an introduction to practical self-defence skills in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.
You will learn:
• Awareness and personal safety principles
• Simple and practical self-defence techniques
• How to stay calm and confident under pressure
• How to avoid and manage potentially dangerous situations
This workshop is open to all women aged 16+, and no previous martial arts experience is required.
Most importantly, there is no catch and no obligation.
We are not running this event to sell memberships or recruit students.
We simply want to give something positive back to the Coventry community.
Spaces will be limited so that everyone receives proper instruction.
