We deliver weekly dance classes of all styles and for all ages, aimed for workout, having fun and be social. We have a great amount of open and advanced level classes aimed at exercising mobility, strength and coordination. How to join our free classes?
1. Click on the link:

2. Click on “Create account”
3. Fill in name, e-mail, phone number and create a password
4. Download our DanceLab DansensHus app and log in
5. Voilà, start choosing and booking your free dance classes
6. If you have hard time signing in, check out our sign-in tutorial on Youtube or contact us

Since it’s a trial week and we have limited spaces per class, all classes need to be booked online in advance. You can book yourself into as many classes as you want. If you have booked but can’t make it, remember to cancel your booking in the app so others have an opportunity to attend the class.
Pole introduction free classes are on Tuesday-Saturday and you can only try ONE pole introduction class these days, due to high demand and capacity.
We proceed with the standard schedule from 10.02.25 and you will be able to find it in the app or as an attachment under this event

We have different memberships including full access (student/adult), student offer (all classes excluding pole classes). Our memberships are non-binding (you can cancel your next month whenever you want on our website). If you have month membership you can attend as many classes as you want throughout that month.
Included in Gold membership and Semesterpass are a series of weekend events. These will be released here in Free week event and in our Fb --▶ We start straight up with a Mini Festival in Latin dances with Special guest instructors and DJ´s as extra weekend content
