Express Yourself Through Drums
Many people struggle with traditional talk therapy and expressing themselves verbally. Therapeutic group drumming is an evidence-based alternative that is physically engaging, culturally inclusive, and so much more. Think of it like active meditation. Research has shown drumming can help with emotional regulation, enhance social connection, improve self-expression and confidence, reduce stress and anxiety, improve immune response and increase mindfulness and focus. Skills developed in group drumming include teamwork, listening, and empathy.
