Free Tai Chi @ Inglewood Farmers Market!

We are so excited to offer Tai Chi at the Inglewood Farmers' Market! These classes will be offered every LAST Saturday of the month!

Whether you are seasoned or have never practiced tai chi before, this class is for you! Come be outside, enjoy the sun and community, and move your body before doing your weekly Farmers' Market shopping!

Those who participate in the class get an entry into our raffle and a double punch on their rewards card!

Bring your shopping bag and water and meet us in the market!!

Our teacher, Paul Terry, is a musician and Martial Artist who balances his time and energies between teaching, performing and competing. He teaches the Beginner and Intermediate Guitar class at Emeritus, a Health and Fitness class, and Yang style Tai Chi classes as well.

After falling in love with martial arts and graduating from UCLA, Paul has medaled in martial arts competitions in China and Los Angeles. He lives in Inglewood, has two young boys and is an avid gardener and hobby landscaper.
