About this Event

Leesburg Chamber Players' 6th concert of its 2026 season features Beethoven's monumental late quartet, op 131, an homage to the 200th anniversary of his titannic accomplishment. Villa-Lobos' "Quarteto popular no. 1," so named for its use of Brazilian folks songs (such as "The Stick or a Cat's Meow"), and Gabriel Faure's op 120 piano trio (as with Beethoven, a work of his last year), round out the evening's offerings.
