We are excited to open the doors of Epoch and welcome you to the centre for a FREE posture and spinal health check.If you are struggling with aches and pains or just want some friendly advice from our team, then why not join us on Saturday 16th November between 9am – 11am.
In these FREE 20 minute spinal health checks, one of our chiropractors or assistants will assess your posture to find out what might be going on, and give you some tailored help and advice to get it sorted.
Whether that is booking a follow up full consultation (discounts offered on the day), or some simple home exercises that you can take away.
