FREE Speed & Agility Assessment Session
Event Description:
Join TKO Athletic Performance for a Free Speed & Agility Training Session! This 60-minute session is designed to help soccer players improve their speed, agility, and on-field performance. Participants will undergo a speed assessment to identify strengths and areas for improvement, followed by competitive sprint games that challenge and build agility in game-like situations. Whether you're looking to enhance your quickness, reaction time, or overall fitness, this session will provide valuable insights and fun, competitive drills to help take your game to the next level. This event is limited to six (6) athletes.
