Relax, restore, and reconnect at our free, community-accessible soundbath sessions, open to all and designed to support deep rest and relaxation. Settle into a comfortable space as soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and chimes wash over you, helping to calm the mind, release tension, and invite a sense of balance. No experience is needed, just bring yourself, get cozy, and enjoy this peaceful opportunity to unwind and recharge together.

Yoga Matts and water will be provided, but feel free to bring your own and head to Paul Robeson Gallery, Room 307, Express Newark, 54 Halsey Street, 3rd Floor.

This project is part of the Drawing Room Installation. Inspired by historic drawing rooms—short for “withdrawing room”—this installation transforms the gallery into a contemporary space for reflection, conversation, and creative exchange.
