Free Sound Bath w/ Holly at prAna Boulder

Join Holly Melohn for a restorative Sound Healing at PrAna. We will start the class by creating a meaningful and deliberate intention that will guide your Sound Healing journey! Holly works with Ancient Egyptian sacred geometry to clear and cleanse all the energetic blockages that each participant walks in with. Through this container we all feel safe to explore the magic that is us! You might experience altered states of consciousness, deep meditation, or even sleep! People leave these experiences feeling refreshed, restored and nourished.

Holly Melohn is a Sound Healer, AcuDetox Specialist, and Reiki Master. She loves working with healing modalities that support the nervous system and create safety to overcome trauma. She has dedicated the last 5 years to learning about trauma, addiction and mental health and how they impact our physical, emotional and spiritual expression. She loves working with holistic modalities such as sound healing, energy work, herbal teas, and acupuncture to release energetic blockages.

Yoga Mats and Bolsters are limited and will be distributed on a first come first serve basis so please bring your own pillows, yoga mats and anything else you may need to feel extra comfortable. People enjoy bringing eye masks, journaling material and extra layers because people tend to run cold. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before start time. The doors will lock 5 minutes after the event begins and you will not be let in regardless of RSVP.
