FREE Sound Bath @ Enfield Public Library

I'm so excited to partner with Enfield Public Library to offer you a FREE sound bath experience.
Make yourself as comfortable as possible as you're immersed in the healing vibrations of Himalayan & crystal singing bowls, wind gong, and zaphir chimes. As this event is in the evening, these instruments will ease you into a deep state of relaxation to help you sleep more soundly. Enter into lower brainwave states and allow your body to rest, digest, recover, and heal. Nourish your soul with sounds you can feel.
***Please bring your yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or anything else that makes you feel most comfortable. No ticket needed!
