In the darkest days of winter, join us for a sound meditation experience to invigorate your soul.This event includes the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other percussion instruments. People who've experienced these sound baths have reported feeling calmer afterward.
Bring a yoga mat and blanket. Chairs will also be available.
