FREE Shinrinyoku (Forest Therapy / Bathing Session) at Pacific Spirit Park
About this Event
Led by facilitator Dr. Farah Shroff, the session will center around forest bathing (also known as shinrin-yoku), a Japanese practice that encourages individuals to mindfully connect with nature through their senses.
Participants will have the opportunity to slow down, engage with the natural environment, and explore the mental, emotional, and physical health benefits associated with spending time in nature.
All are welcome!
Health Together gratefully acknowledges the support of Park People in making this session possible.
