FREE 90-minute self-defense workshop with a donation of 3 or more non-perishable food items! I own Lorence Martial Arts in Waukesha and host annual spring and fall self-defense workshops as a benefit for the community AND a way to help those less fortunate at the same time. Your donations will go to The Salvation Army of Waukesha County's food pantry!
This is a great introduction to self-protection skills, tips, and techniques and is open to all adults in the area. We cover awareness, boundaries, and then the final part, combatives that are easy to learn. Teens are permitted as long as a parent participates with them.
Your learning experience will be full of time-tested material and done in a safe and caring environment. No one will feel intimidated or left behind. Though this topic is serious, and I want to give you solid information, I like to keep the class lighthearted.

Unfortunately, times have changed and giving has dropped dramatically over the last 5 years, so every participant's donation counts. I hope we can have a big turnout, so I can deliver a trunk full of food!
