Free Self Defence Class

We’re offering free self-defence sessions for women and girls aged 10+ as part of our ongoing commitment to stand against violence toward women and young girls.

After the amazing feedback from our previous sessions, we knew this was something we needed to continue. There’s clearly a demand, and we know how important it is to create safe, supportive spaces where people can build confidence and learn practical skills. That’s why we’ve made five additional classes available, giving more people the opportunity to take part.

Delivered in partnership with Russell Perks Martial Arts Academy, these professional sessions are completely free to attend. Whether you came before or are joining for the first time, you’re very welcome.

This is about taking action together, not just talking about it. We look forward to seeing you there.
