You’re invited to a free screening of “Our Blue World,” a documentary that explores humanity’s profound relationship with water and reveals how human agency can help rebalance the planet’s water systems.

By taking a deep dive into the lives of dynamic and visionary people around the world, this beautiful, eye-opening, and moving film sets out to reveal our profound relationship with water and its role as the nourishing force for all living things on this planet.
On September 25, the 2025 Stroud Award for Freshwater Excellence will be presented to Paul O’Callaghan, who served as a writer and executive producer of "Our Blue World" and is featured in the film.
The free screening is part of Kennett Library’s environmental literacy program. Doors open at 6 p.m. for light refreshments. The movie begins at 6:30 p.m.
