Free Rotating Healing Community Events: The Body Speaks at HiB

Beginning in 2026, Highlands in Bloom is bringing together two of our most loved gatherings, The Body Speaks: Autoimmune & Mental Health Support Group and our Free Rotating Healing Community Events, for one powerful evening of connection, restoration, and community.

Join us in a shared space on the first Monday of each month at our residential barn-style setting in Agoura Hills. Each month offers something new with rotating experiences such as sound baths, meditation, energy work, or breathwork designed to calm the nervous system and support whole-body healing.

Following each practice, guests are invited into an open group space to connect, reflect, and be part of a supportive community. Whether you are navigating autoimmune challenges, supporting your mental health, or simply seeking a calm environment to recharge, you are welcome here.

Bring a blanket, wear something comfortable, and park in back by the barn. Come as you are and find your soft place to land.

Please only RSVP if you’re certain you can attend. Space is limited, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent others from participating. If your plans change, we kindly ask that you cancel your RSVP in advance.

Parking & Entry:
Please park at the top of the property and enter through the barn at the back.
