Hatha Yoga with Horses: Sundays

Our class begins with a mindfulness walk to the field as we tune in our mindset to drop in to a practice designed to give you a reset.

• Gentle Yoga for All Levels
  Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned yogi, this class is for everyone. Our inclusive sequencing offers modifications to suit your needs, helping you feel supported and comfortable as you move through grounding poses and stretches.
• Meditation Among Horses (the horses are fenced in an enclosure)
  Experience the calming energy of our equine friends beyond the fences as you meditate in their tranquil presence. This unique setting creates a deeply restorative practice that helps you feel connected to the moment and your surroundings.
• Focus on Grounding & Relaxation
  This isn’t about pretzel poses or pushing limits—it’s about reconnecting with yourself. Gentle movements and mindful breathing will leave you refreshed, centered, and deeply relaxed.

Kids 10-18 are welcome with a legal guardian
