FREE Roots & Rhythm: The Soul of Afro-Cuban Dance

This immersive Afro-Cuban workshop, led by Spirits N Motion 3.0, explores the foundational rhythms, movements, and cultural significance behind traditional and contemporary expressions. Participants will train through Orisha-based movement, body isolation, musicality, and performance intention while connecting deeply to the roots of the culture.
