SUPPORTS AND INFORMATION FOR NOW AND IN THE FUTURE:
For students of all ages with an IEP or 504 Plan, families, & professionals. (Groups are Welcome)
• A variety of organizations and educational institutions (including colleges) will offer information and answer questions.
• Explore options including recreation, advocacy, education, employment training, supports and much more.
• Learn about programs and resources offered by various agencies for adult day programs.
• Visit the many tables and/or enjoy a presentation

This FREE Resource and Transition Fair is offered through Rockland BOCES and the Rockland Transition Consortium
The Rockland BOCES Student Services Division and the Rockland Transition Consortium are working to educate students and their families in preparing for and making transitions, linking families with resources for the transition from school to work and/or post-secondary programs, children’s services to adult services, and home to the community at large.
